Staff were efficient and amiable!
It was a lovely place to stay in Helensburgh. The room was beautifully presented with many nice touches, I was happy about that. I really enjoyed the tasty food they offered. The hotel was set in a very central area just off centre of Helensburgh, the main square, and Helensburgh.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's intimate and the location is fantastic in the middle of the city. Location: the property was close enough to the centre, a square and train station. There was The Palace Restaurant nearby to grab something to eat.

fantastic access to parks and charming local eateries
I loved being just a short stroll away from hermitage park, where i could take leisurely walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery while being surrounded by charming shops and cafes, like riva and craigard tearoom, that were just around the corner for a lovely meal after exploring. The room itself was modern and comfortable, but the entrance to the rooms was outside the restaurant was good.

Honestly, we couldn't think of anything we didn't like, except for only staying one night! The small double room felt more snug than spacious, definitely not for the over-packers.
